Pear cake
It's fall here!!.. apples.. pears... My first fall cake of the favorite pears! Plus a little dark chocolate, nutmeg.. cinnamon.. black currant, carrot-apricot juice.. in gentle, airy, melting in your mouth the test under a light cloak of meringue...

Ingredients

  • Pear

    7 piece

  • Cookies

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Nuts

  • Black currants

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    0.66 cup

  • Juice

    0.333 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

Cooking

Juice mixed with yogurt.

A detachable form to cover with paper, grease with butter (bottom and sides) and sprinkle the bottom with biscuits.

Pear peel and midway, cut into 4 pieces and put into a form. Sprinkle the chocolate (cut with a knife or grate) and ground nutmeg.

Mix the egg yolks, yogurt, juice, vanilla, 1/2 Cup sugar, butter.

Add the flour, baking powder and starch, mix well (batter will be watery).

Pour pear test.

Beat 1/2 Cup sugar with the protein in a solid foam. Mix black currants 3 tablespoons protein mass.

Gently spread a layer (in the middle of the cake) currant-protein mass, and on the edge - just protein.

Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes, decorate with powdered sugar, cinnamon and grated chocolate.
