Lamb in pomegranate sauce
If you love lamb. you this recipe will satisfy. Tender, flavorful meat. On the side I prefer fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    500 g

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garnet

  • Cilantro

1. To prepare the meat, if you want the ribs to be cut.

2. Tomatoes cut into cubes, garlic slices, with sprigs of rosemary to cut the leaves, hot pepper slice. All mix, add salt, pepper, oil and Narsharab.

3. Add meat, stir, cover and put into the fridge overnight.

4. In skillet, heat oil. put the meat, fry on both sides until Golden brown. Then add the marinade and to extinguish under a cover on slow fire until soft.

5. Serve sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and cilantro leaves! Bon appetit!
