The combination of spices in this salad creates a unique spicy flavor, and the combination of sweet roasted pumpkin taste with a slightly bitter taste of the dandelion, sour lemon juice and the aroma of coriander creating a unique taste. The presence of lentils in this salad gives it a satiety. I use French green lentils, because it is not dry. If you can't buy green French lentils - perhaps you can try to replace it with red, but you have to cook it very gently - so she wouldn't mush better nagovoriti. Another ingredient is dandelion greens. They have a bitter taste. If it is not possible to buy dandelion greens - you can try to replace them with other herbs with a bitter taste such as arugula, This salad can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish to variety of meat and fish dishes.
