Cupcakes with ricotta, Assorted
Offer a recipe of cupcakes with ricotta, great structure, delicate, light, airy dough. Cupcakes can be filled with any berries, chocolate. They are good without toppings. I made with fresh blueberries, chocolate and frozen berries.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Corn flour

    70 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Orange zest

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Glaze

    2 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    1 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    1 Tbsp

  • Assorted berries

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs in a lush foam with sugar, vanilla sugar. Add the ricotta, vegetable oil - whip.

Corn flour mixed with the baking powder, salt, and ProSeal in mass. Mixture stir with a spatula.

Wheat flour, ProSeal and enter parts, mixing thoroughly with a spatula, add the orange zest and mix until smooth.

Bake cupcakes in a preheated 180C oven for 20-25minutes (focus on your oven). Check the readiness with a wooden stick. Allow to cool in the form.
