Puff-nests with cream
Quick in preparation, available puff products. With a spectacular cheesecake and an unusual but simple moulding. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Condensed milk

    80 g

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Puff pastry sprinkled with powdered sugar through a sieve, roll out not very thin and cut into wide strips about 1 cm on one side.

Take five strips, put them on the palm of your hand and form a nest with tucked edges inside.

Bake in preheated oven at t=200 for about 20 min. until Golden brown.

While they bake make the cream. For this we whisk soft butter TM "milieu" with sugar and condensed milk until fluffy mass. Add the pureed cottage cheese through a sieve and whisk again.

Take out the puffs and let it cool down completely. Put the cream in a pastry bag and otkryvaem it as you like. Well, or just with a spoon put.
