Egg salad, stuffed chicken
A simple recipe for quick cooking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    2 piece

Chicken fillet wrapped in leaves for roasting.

Fry and chop finely.

Eggs boiled, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks and RUB them through a sieve.

Grated egg yolks to combine with grilled fillet, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Cooked stuffing to fill half of the eggs. When serving, decorate with lettuce and parsley.
