Hoshana - Eastern dish, is related to Kyrgyz and Uzbek cuisine. In any case you should try to cook - a very interesting and delicious! The recipe was given to me by a friend, Uigur, which, by the way, believes that Hoshana have Uyghur roots!

Cooking
1 C water, salt, eggs and flour and knead soft unleavened dough and put to rest. After 15-20 minutes again promisit to elasticity.
Peel the onion and finely chop.
Together with black pepper, add to the mince.
Osipyan from test small pieces and roll the buns.
Each bun roll out into a pellet with a diameter of about 7-8 cm.
In the center of each tortilla put the stuffing ( full tablespoon)...
In a deep frying pan heated butter and fry Hoshana on both sides until Golden brown.
In the same frying pan, pour 1 tbsp. of water, add the tomato paste and bring to a boil. Put Hoshana and cook on low heat for 7-10 minutes until tender.
Ready Hoshana spread on a flat dish ( the sauce can be served separately), decorate with greens and vegetables.
