Dinner option or a quick lunch for a child. My daughter loves him.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Rice to fill a large amount of water and boil until tender.

While the rice is cooking, saute the onion in butter with carrots with added water (a little, spoon 4 tablespoons).

Ready rice to cast away on a colander to drain, add it to the onions and carrots, season with salt, add egg and fry until it is ready.

Ready. You can sprinkle herbs, but my daughter does not love her.
