I want to acquaint you with one of the national recipe of German dishes, namely the famous potato nodename. In this embodiment, Knodel - stuffed with cranberry sauce. This recipe can serve as a standalone "savory" Breakfast and as a garnish for meat dishes and as a separate dish. Analogue we can find in Russian cuisine, for example, "lazy dumplings".
