Salad with arugula and chickpeas
Another version of a delicious salad with chickpeas. The combination of chickpeas with arugula and balsamic vinegar gives the salad some spicy, slightly pickled taste.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    3 Tbsp

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

To connect with clean green that I put in by hand.

Tomatoes and cucumbers cut in any form and add to the greens. Mix well. Add the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and again mix well.
