Mousse Chocolate
An exquisite dessert! Nail any holiday table! The dessert of dark chocolate and white.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Raspberry

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

The dark chocolate is bitter and 50 white and 50 g.

Melt both chocolates separately in a water bath.

While chocolate cools, beat egg whites and cream separately in a solid foam and put in the fridge.

In the chocolate to put half of the protein and cream.

The other half put in white chocolate.

Mix well

And put into the refrigerator. ( I put in freezer for a time while preparing decorations for the mousse ).

Mousse pozostale it will be easier now to put it on the plate.

Was posted dessert spoon, second helping. Special spoons I have, so the mousse is not smooth, not round.

Was adorned with fresh frozen raspberries, rosemary ( my kids are not fans of mint, she was here would be just the place. )

The top is sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Will look good powdering of grated chocolate on a coarse grater. Forgot, remember when they have eaten the mousse. May not be very beautiful, but very chocolate and very delicious!
