Cooking
Prepare cream No. 1: 2 tbsp. gelatin fill with water, leave to swell.
Will beat into a soft mousse with a mixer cream with sugar (use sugar at all - 1/3 Cup). The cream can be any fat, I was lean - 10%.
Add the cream and sugar 250 gr. chocolate pudding. I like this.
Dissolve gelatin in heat until crystals dissolve, without leading up to boiling. Add in the cream. Mound 2 tablespoons of cocoa for color. Mix thoroughly. The cream is ready. I was watery, but it's not terrible, in the refrigerator freezes well.
Cut 2 rolls, lay them on the bottom of a split form (diameter 26 cm) in this way.
Fill with cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
In the meantime, make the cream No. 2. Again cook the gelatin in the cream, cool slightly.
Cottage cheese, sour cream, remaining sugar (1/3 Cup.) and vanilla mix thoroughly with a mixer. Add gelatin.
Take out of the refrigerator form with the first layer and the second spread the cream to the top. Again put in the fridge for 30 minutes to solidify.
After 30 min. another 2 cut rolls, put them into the form here.
Put a layer of chocolate pudding (the remaining 250 gr.).
Pudding gently spread the bananas. Prepare the jelly out of the bag, cool slightly.
Pour jelly over the bananas and send the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Gently hold the knife along the edge, separating the cake from the form. Our cake is ready! Call guests to the table!
