This dish has taken root in our family for a long time, and we did it with a filling of carrots, or beets. Was called - carrot roses, beet roses. And now decided to experiment and make different fillings. The filling is made of green split peas TM "Mistral", black and white beans from TM "Mistral", made of fried mushrooms with onions, raw carrots, onion, raw beets with onions. So, the beans are washed well, in the evening we soaked in the morning put to cook. Cook until tender shell beans, and in the process of cooking once you add half a Cup of cold water, speeding up the cooking process of beans. While cooking the beans, rinse the peas well and put to boil.
Next, boil the mushrooms.
Now start the dough. The dough we will have three colors. White - flour, water, salt and a little sunflower oil until the dough become soft. Yellow flour in water and dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, salt and a little sunflower oil. Wine - flour, beet juice (beets grate on a grater, squeeze the juice, diluted with water), salt, sunflower oil.
