Cooking
Prepare the products. Boil until cooked rice. Boil the carrots. Cool. ( I used pre-cooked rice and carrots, so the cooking time is reduced).
Prepare salad dressing : in a Cup mix the vegetable oil TM "Oleyna", mustard, balsamic vinegar. Add salt to taste.
In a Cup put the chopped vegetables and boiled rice.
Add the prepared dressing.
Serve salad by adding greens.
