Mushroom soup
For those who are fasting offer a very delicious mushroom soup, and who are not fasting-the same soup, with sour cream. Very tasty, try it.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Water

    3 l

  • Salt

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

Dried mushrooms soak overnight. A good wash. Boil the mushrooms in salted water for 40min., then pull them out and slice them. Boil the barley. Carrots and onions spasserovat on vegetable oil and add chopped mushrooms at the end. Mushrooms fry for 1min.

In the boiling broth, add barley, shredded potatoes, fry vegetables with mushrooms and boil until cooked potatoes (min. 10-15). Bon appetit!
