Lasagna with Bolognese and mushrooms
The favorite dish of my husband. Very hearty and incredibly tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    560 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    230 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Minced meat

  • Semi-dry red wine

    60 g

  • Tomato

  • Cream

    60 ml

Prepare the dough. Flour — 500 g Eggs — 5 PCs. Vegetable oil — 1 tsp Salt — pinch beat Eggs with vegetable oil and salt, add the flour and knead well. Let the dough rest 30 minutes. Roll out with a thickness of 1.5 mm and cut into squares/pryamougol inukami on the size of the form. Let dry. Boil in plenty of salted water until semi cooked. I usually make the leaves with the stock and freeze them so next time to spend on cooking lasagna in less time.

Sauce "Bechamel" Butter — 4 tbsp Milk — 500 ml Flour — 60 g Cheese — 30 g, Nutmeg — pinch Salt — to taste Melt the butter, add the flour, heat it, stirring constantly, but do not give a color change. A small trickle pour in the milk. Stir until thick. Turn off the heat. Add grated cheese, salt and nutmeg. Mix well so the cheese melted and the sauce has become smooth.

Ragu Bolognese Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped — 1 PC. Finely grated carrot — 1 piece Celery, finely grated — 0,5 PCs Garlic — 2 tooth. Minced beef 600 g of Dry red wine — 60 g Tomatoes — 300 g Cream — 60 ml Spices In oil fry the garlic (crush the garlic with a knife blade, to better give a flavor), then get it. Fry in oil the finely chopped onion, carrots grated on a fine grater and finely grated celery. Add the beef and fry, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps. Add the wine and bring to a boil. Add peeled and seed tomatoes (can use tomato puree) and spices. Two tomatoes leave. Again bring to a boil. To make the minimum fire and simmer for about an hour. At the end add the cream and slightly warm.

Mushroom layer. Mushrooms (I champignons) — 300 g Onion — 1 PC. Vegetable oil — for frying. Mushrooms peel, wash, chop. On a well-heated pan put the mushrooms. When the mushrooms give extra moisture, add the vegetable oil and chopped onion. Fry until cooked.

At the bottom of the baking dish, pour a little of the sauce "Bechamel". Put a sheet of lasagna
