Young zucchini wash, cut off stalk, I did not even cut the skin, because it is very thin. Cut thin slices.

And again, the germ zucchini. The upper layer is again lubricated mayonnaise (sour cream) and put in oven at 180-200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. And while the three cheese on a small grater.
