Asked my mother zucchini from the garden, just a small mom and tried, sent me a little squash embryos, some even smaller than cucumbers... Twisted them, spit - stuff quite well, nothing... was born here... this casserole when my Husband came home from work, said: "What is it you're cooking, even on the street smells good?" )))

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato

  • Zucchini

Young zucchini wash, cut off stalk, I did not even cut the skin, because it is very thin. Cut thin slices.
