The other day my dad's colleague told the recipe by which he prepares tiger prawns, we decided to repeat and that's what happened. First, we need to clean shrimp. This can be done in a very simple way - with scissors cut aquatic vegetation at back, then just remove the hands. If shrimp with head -remove it. Shrimp wash.
For the sauce finely chop the onion, tomatoes we scald with boiling water and remove the skins. Simmer onions in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, pour in the wine and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
To the sauce add shrimp, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, cook until the prawns turns red, and keep for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the garlic passed through the press, and the chopped herbs, remove from heat.
