A light salad with baked pumpkin
Simple salad who will decorate your table with bright colors

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Lettuce

    150 g

  • Arugula

    150 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Goat cheese

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

Diced pumpkin spread on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with ground nutmeg and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180-200 degrees ( depending on size of cubes) for 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin become soft

Mix the lettuce, arugula, diced cheese and pumpkin. Season with olive oil, season with spices and pour warm honey. Bon appetit
