Vegetable salad with cheese and soy sauce
Easy to prepare salad. Light and fresh taste. Perfect for a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    250 g

  • Cucumber

    250 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cucumber cut into cubes.

Tomato cut into cubes.

Also cheese cubes.

Lettuce tear by hand into small pieces and put on plate.

Mix vegetables and cheese.

For the filling, combine the butter and Kikkoman soy sauce. Add pepper to taste.
