Yeast wickets
The wicket - national Karelian dish. The traditional recipe gates says that it's made with rye unleavened dough with fillings, liqueurs, with or spreads propecai. I decided to prepare the dough with yeast and getting great results, part I cooked potatoes and part with a sweet filling. This is my confession dedicate to cooking national cuisines, each cuisine gives us a huge number of new and interesting recipes, and allows us to be creative to create new recipes and tastes.

Ingredients
