Detachable egg whites from yolks and whisk them until stable peaks with 75g of sugar. The yolks with the other half sugar combine boiling water and whisk until a thick foam. Combine whites and yolks.
Oatmeal dried in the pan until Golden brown
In the resulting egg mixture while continuously whisking add the flour and oatmeal. Some cereal left for registration
Ready weight put in a greased form and bake at temperature of 240-250 degrees.
The finished cake is released from the forms
