On one fillet to make cross-cuts the skins, I got 5 pieces. This is the top part. Prepare the filling: onions, garlic, ginger into small cubes, Bulgarian pepper - thin strips. Fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Pour the cream and cook until thick. Add shrimp, cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, season with salt. The bottom layer of fish put on the foil under fillet to miss a few cuts and natural thread. Sprinkle fillet with lemon sauce for fish, evenly spread the filling.
Lay out the top, tie the thread. Wrap in foil and cook for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees.
To make the sauce: in a saucepan melt the honey, soy sauce and lemon juice. But in any case do not boil. Remove the fish from the oven, open the foil and cover with sauce. Leave for 20 minutes to soak. Delicious in hot or cold.
