I liked the taste and ease of preparation of the omelet, but wanted something to change. This recipe is perfect if you want to treat a loved one with an unusual Breakfast. Structure of the prepared dish delicate, airy, melt in the mouth. It harmoniously combines spicy rich taste and deep flavor of Parmesan cheese with a moderately sharp, spicy finish blue Dor-blue.
