Cake
Recently bought a collapsible form for the cake - decided to try! Share test results with you! :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

First, prepare the jelly as it says on the box, and leave it in a cold place to harden

Now proceed to the cake. Eggs, beat, add sugar, beat again, add baking soda and flour and whisk again. Do not give long standing test: pour it into the mold and into the preheated oven. Bake at 200-220 degrees to rise. Then the temperature is lowered to about 150 to 180 and bake until done.

Get the jelly (it should be almost frozen, very very viscous!!!), and covered us with the cake

Sprinkle the cake with the edges (or as you like) grated chocolate. And put it in the fridge until the next day, and the soaked biscuit and jelly froze!
