Raspberry cream
I have the habit to collect interesting recipes from magazines, Internet, etc. This recipe from one magazine (don't know which one:)) has long been in my cookbook, but I cooked it today for the first time. I can say that it is better to use cold, but warm is also very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Green tea

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

    250 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

Cooking

Fresh raspberries, wash and place kremanku.

Heat the milk with green tea and strain.

Whisk with a fork the cream with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks.

Domovie hot milk and cream mixture and mix. Pour over raspberries in a bowl.

Place in the oven preheated to 170 degrees, approximately half an hour. Careful not to burn. Then sprinkle a little sugar on top and place under the grill for a few minutes, until the sugar has turned into caramel. Remove from oven, cool, and eat!!!:)
