Cooking
Eggplant cut into slices. Salt, press down and let stand for 1 hour. Rinse, dry.
Med heat, add lemon juice.
Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add curry (I was not), garlic chopped.
Place a layer of eggplant, cover with sauce, sprinkle with herbs (I have parsley).
Layers to repeat. Let stand .
