Eggplant in lemon-honey sauce

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Curry

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

Eggplant cut into slices. Salt, press down and let stand for 1 hour. Rinse, dry.

Fry in oil with 2 sides.

Need it for the sauce.

Med heat, add lemon juice.

Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add curry (I was not), garlic chopped.
