Long ago, when I was a little girl, I thought the spring rolls are only with the heart. For some reason my mom and grandmother used to make this filling, and delicious. Now I already know a great variety of fillings and sauces for pancakes, but pancakes with heart and to this day my favourite!

Cooking
Prepare the pancakes on his favorite recipe. I have this: eggs (2 PCs) are beaten with milk (2 tbsp), sugar (2 tbsp) and salt (pinch). Gradually add flour (1 tbsp), stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil (I TM "Oleyna"), stir.
Bake in a pan, lightly greasing it with vegetable oil (I use a silicone brush).
Beef heart, remove the membranes and exposed blood vessels. Boil in salted water with a Bay leaf and bayberry for 2 hours. Allow to cool (I cooled in the broth), mince. Dont pour the broth!
Cook until cooked rice. Peel the onion, cut into cubes.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft, add the minced hearts. Stir fry a little on medium heat. Mix with rice, season with ground black pepper. To make the filling for pancakes was dry, add a few tablespoons of the broth in which the cooked heart.
Stuff pancakes favorite way, I have an envelope. Before serving, you can slightly fry them on both sides, my family loves it so. But for myself I don't fry: pancake is gentle, but inside is a juicy, flavorful filling! Favorite!
