Today I invite You to try a version of the American pancake the Ukrainian style - with poppy filling but with the delicious creamy sauce!

Cooking
1 Cup milk pour into a bowl and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Set aside for 5-10 minutes so the milk had zakislate.
Take poppy filling (I bought ready to eat). If You are not, then steamed poppy 2 hours, drain water and RUB the poppy seeds in a mortar for 10 minutes, until the white milk. Add thick honey and stir. Our filling is ready!
In a separate bowl mix the dry component: flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and soda.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add to milk. Put the egg.
Introduced a dry component and mix the dough until smooth. Get the dough the consistency of a liquid sour cream.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and spread a spoonful of the dough. In the centre of the pancake put a teaspoon of prepared filling. Cover on top of another little test.
Fry pancake until the surface bubbles. Then carefully flip.

Now prepare the cream sauce. Bring the cream (10%) with 1 tbsp. of sugar to the boil and pour it into starch (potato or corn), dissolved in 1/2 Cup cold milk. Cook until thick.
