A light salad with a spicy taste. This salad is good as a "light, spicy, refreshing" note after a cold (quite hearty and greasy) meals.

Main ingredients for the salad: lettuce (garden), leaf chicory, orange
1. Lettuce and salad chicory divided into separate leaves, wash and cut into strips. 2. Orange wash, cut in half. One part of the peel, split into slices and cut into small (portions) pieces (about 1-1,5 cm)
3. On the other half of the orange and squeeze the juice into a separate bowl. To orange juice add the vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)-1 tbsp, mustard-half tsp, vegetable oil-2 tablespoons orange jam-1 tsp, salt, pepper and mix well.
4. To chopped leaf lettuce salad and the chicory, add the orange segments, pour the prepared salad dressing, mix well and leave to marinate for 5 minutes, a Pleasant appetite!
