Description
Delicious and flavorful cake with black currants. Moderately humid and very easy to prepare. No hint of "quickest" test. Porous, air and chocolate. Berry you can use any.

Cooking
Berries pre-thawed. Juice strain into a glass and add warm water ( maximum 60 grams) to a full Cup, pour into a Cup, add sugar and mix well until sugar is dissolved.
Add honey, vanilla and oil. Stir thoroughly. Add the cocoa, baking powder and flour, beat with a mixer. The dough is like thick cream
Add berries to the batter and mix gently. In the form lined with baking paper put the dough and send in the oven for 40-50 min at 180 g
Decorate at will. I have powdered sugar
