Warm salad German style
In this salad the first time I treated a friend to a German. Like a set of products is simple, and it turns out hearty and delicious. Sometimes this plate can replace a full dish.. I would be glad if the salad someone will like and will adorn the evening family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sausages

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Allspice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sauerkraut washed, pressed and put into the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of lard, pour the broth (I had chicken), you can just water. Add the Bay leaf. The pan cover with a lid and simmer the cabbage on low heat for 30 minutes.

In another frying pan, heat a little vegetable oil, lightly fry the chopped onion (for contrast, I took half of onion and half red onion).

Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes, to send to the onions. Leave on the heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sausage slice as you like, add to potatoes with onion. Mix well.

Add the chopped garlic. Fry, stirring for about a minute.

Back to the cabbage. After an hour, open the lid, the fire to make the maximum

and leave until complete evaporation of the broth.

In a large bowl to mix the contents of the 2 pans. Pepper.
