Description

Panacota with cherry sauce
Waiting for a tired husband from work, wanted to do something nice and meet him with all the honors. Accidentally at hand was the recipe panacota - has long wanted to make this dessert and now managed.

    120 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Lemon

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

  • Corn flour

    1 tsp

Cooking

step-0
step-1
Cherries thawed at room temperature. Not necessary to thaw the berries before the end.
step-2
Pour the gelatin into the milk and leave for 5 minutes.
step-3
Cut the lemon zest with a length of 8 and a width of 1 cm.
step-4
Pour the cream into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and put the lemon zest. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the milk with gelatin. Heat, stirring, 5 minutes. Do not boil! Remove the lemon zest.
step-5
Put the bowl in a large pot filled with ice water. With a mixer, gently beat the ground for 10 minutes until thick. To remove the "ice bath", pour it into moulds and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
step-6
For the sauce, whisk the cherries in a blender.
step-7
Pour the cherry sauce into a bowl, add a pinch of flour, currant jam (finally came in handy my grandmother's blank), bring over medium heat to a boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
step-8
Cool the sauce and put it in the fridge. To serve chilled. Bon appetit!
