Cake with sugar-walnut filling
Cake with sugar-nut filling. Cooked very quickly turns out very tasty. I invite you to a tea.. ))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

  • Milk

    15 Tbsp

  • Flour

    17 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla

    0.33 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, at least until the sugar is dissolved. The longer you whisk the eggs, the better the cake will rise.

Pour in the milk, vanilla, and beat. Add vegetable oil, stir. Then add the flour. I add the flour in three runs. In the last entry added to the flour, the baking powder, mix.

The dough is ready (the consistency of thick cream)

Grind nuts (for example, on a grater), mix with 0.5 Cup of sugar. I want to see, I have here the filling is VERY small, did not according to the recipe (nuts all on baklava left). The more toppings, the tastier the pie!

Form grease with oil (silicone form I did not grease), sprinkle with flour and spread half of the dough. Sprinkle generously with stuffing (about 1/3 left for the top layer)

Further the filling put the second half of the dough. And also sprinkle the remaining nuts and sugar.

Bake in the oven 200*C for about 15-20 minutes (check with a match at the ready).

The cake is ready! Optionally, you can drizzle chocolate icing or caramel. I have the frosting: 5 tbsp milk 2.5 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa. All mixed, put on a high heat, stirring constantly, brought to the desired consistency.
