Today was baking for Rodney your favorite sweet cakes with poppy seeds and cinnamon. Use very simple, fast and convenient method for making poppy-seed filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.3 kg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    40 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    150 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Mac

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Honey

    2 tsp

Knead rich yeast dough according to Your favorite recipe. I make my sponge method, in 2 stages. First, prepare the sourdough: in the lightly beaten eggs add the warm milk, sugar, yeast and a little flour, put in a warm place for 15-20 min. Then add the soft margarine, vegetable oil, salt and stir the mixture, gradually add flour, put in a warm place for at least an hour. The dough is ready!

While the dough is allowed to stand, prepare the filling: mix the poppy seeds with the sugar and vanilla sugar

And grind in a coffee grinder in small portions.

In very hot, boiling water to dissolve honey and pour in ground poppy seeds, add the cinnamon.

Stir and cover for a few minutes. The consistency turns out like very thick cream. You can sculpt cakes!
