Delicious strawberry scones.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.75 cup

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Chop the butter into small cubes and grind the flour into fine crumbs.

Mix sour cream, egg. Make a well in the middle of the mixture of flour and pour the mixture cream.

Knead the dough.

Sprinkled on the table, roll the dough out into a pancake and half lay half of the strawberries, sliced.

Close the dough.

Then put the remaining strawberries.
