Apple pie with sour cream
My mom always prepares this cake and the whole family loves! On the website there are similar recipes, but this with differences! =)

Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

  • Leavening agent

Let's start with the test. Flour, sour cream, melted butter and baking powder (I used 1 teaspoon) knead the dough.

The dough will be oily and pliable. Leave it for a while and move on to the stuffing.

Apples (I used 5 small and one big Apple, but this is clearly too much) cut thin slices and sprinkle with a small amount of starch and sugar. The stuffing is ready.

Make the cream. Cup sour cream, egg, Cup of sugar (if you have sweet apples is better to take the smaller one) and 2 tablespoons of flour mix to avoid lumps. When the sugar has dissolved, the cream will be ready.

Roll out the dough and spread on a baking sheet (best to use a pan with low sides, but I have not). The dough is stretched much, so wind it on the rolling pin and transfer it.

Spread the filling and close the edges, removing excess dough.

Pour cream.

I decorated a cake that's so simple branches or "trees".

Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure that the cream stayed white, I own a little browned (missed). =)
