Recipe have for a long time, but to cook it somehow didn't have the guts. But curiosity got the better of me, I took a chance and did not regret: one scent that hovered in the kitchen, that is!
Cooking
Slice the leek into rings. Meat - cubes. In a saucepan, heat the oil, put sugar and stir 2 minutes, then add the leek, ginger, salt and cinnamon, stir and add meat. Fry on high heat, stirring constantly. Add the soy sauce and add enough water that the meat was covered. Bring to boil and diminished the fire, simmer about 30 minutes. Starch diluted with 2 tbsp water and pour into the pan, slightly warm so that the sauce thickens. Served with rice and grilled sesame zucchini.
