Spicy sweet cabbage
Prescription once from some magazine. Don't know how to behave in the cabbage during long-term storage, I always do a little week in the fridge without any problems. So I will take this recipe to the category of snacks, not blanks.

Ingredients

  • Honey

  • Prunes

  • Lemon

  • Beets

    200 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    1.5 kg

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

It's very simple: shinkuem cabbage, carrots and beets cut into strips or RUB on a grater, finely chop the lemon - mix everything lightly "PageMaker". For filling: prunes pour 1 Cup of water, bring to a boil, boil 5 minutes, remove from heat, add honey and salt, stir. Pour the hot filling into the vegetables, add a pinch of Cayenne pepper, mix well and put in jars/containers, stamped and put in the refrigerator.
