Chocolate cake with peanut cream
Here it is, my favorite cream and my favorite chocolate base for the cake. The cake is quite fast, does not require impregnation, and it can be served immediately.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Cocoa powder

    35 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    90 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Butter

    220 g

  • Cheese curd

    110 g

  • Powdered sugar

    120 g

  • Pasta, peanut

    130 g

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Peanuts

Cooking

Mix all dry ingredients, then mix separately all the wet ingredients.

To combine dry and liquid ingredients together and send it on for 20-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Meanwhile, prepare cream: also just mix all the ingredients for the cream - any difficulties.

Cut the base into 3 layers, coat them with cream. Decorate the cake with icing sugar and chopped peanuts.
