Wonderful homemade treat for lovers of pumpkin, which is easily replaced purchase store-bought candy, cakes and sweets!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Marshmallows

    200 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

Cooking

Marshmallows cut into small cubes, mix with condensed milk and butter, put in a water bath, cook, stirring, until dissolved marshmallows. (If you have marshmallows in 5 minutes, if Zephyr 10-12 minutes. If the marshmallow does not melt - can be a lot of beat with a blender and then cook on a water bath for 5 minutes).

Pumpkin cut into small cubes and bake until cooked (I baked it in the microwave for 10 minutes on full power). The pumpkin blend.

Walnuts, coarsely chop, along with pumpkin puree to add to the marshmallow mass. Put on the fire (not in a water bath) and cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened, 15 minutes.

The resulting mass (it should be the consistency as sour cream) to put in portion silicone molds (for candy, cake, etc.), leave to cool at room temperature.

Frozen nougat roll in coconut.
