Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. There are two options of making the dough by hand, just whisk and blender, it's faster. Four eggs put in the bowl of a blender.
Include several surges.
Open the lid and add the flour, milk, sugar, salt.
Still a few pulsations, and the dough is ready.
Bake on a large baking sheet, or like me, forms with a diameter of 22 cm baking dish to grease well with melted butter.
Pour the batter into the form.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until Golden brown.
Pancake sprinkled with powdered sugar, serve with honey, jam, berries.
