Sweet curd roll with vegetables
This roll I prepared for the children. Cheese they do not like steamed vegetables they don't like. But the roll burst with pleasure, not knowing what it's cooked.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

  • Dried apricots

  • Carrots

  • Lemon juice

To the cream cheese add flour, sugar, semolina, egg. Mix everything in a blender and knead with your hands.
