Frittata with shrimp
Cooked Breakfast husband and entirely approved by them. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Lemon juice

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    70 g

  • Green onions

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    70 g

Cooking

Pour shrimp with boiling water, add lemon juice, zest and leave for 5-7 minutes.

To the shrimp add the rice, green onions, parsley (I had frozen greens), stir.

Form for baking grease with butter, spread the mixture.

Top on a coarse grater three cheese.

Whisk eggs with milk and flour.

Pour on top of shrimp and put it in the oven for 20 min.
