Cooking
Beat egg with sugar. Mix the baking powder with the flour and chopped butter to get the crumbs. Mix the flour with the eggs. Knead the dough. It turns soft. Wrap in a bag and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare curd. To do this, mix well all the ingredients. So the cheese is well dispersed and no lumps.
Take out the dough and roll out on foil, creating ledges along the entire height. Pour the curd and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare jello according to your package instructions.
Take out the cake from the oven, allow to cool slightly.
Spread on top of berries. Pour a few spoonfuls jelly. Allow to cool a little and pour the remains of the jelly.
Give our cake to freeze for 20 minutes.
