Mousse of eggplant
My love for eggplant knew no bounds. Today I present to You the cream of eggplant, which is fine, as an appetizer at any table. You can serve it with crackers, toast, in the form of canapés, and dump them eateries eclairs.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    0.5 kg

  • Cheese curd

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cracker

Cooking

Eggplant peeled.

Cut into small cubes. A little salt and leave for 5 min.

Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Add the soy sauce Kikkoman.
