Cooking
Self cooking is not so much the time, the longest is to wait for curing. Prepare all the products and proceed. Soak the gelatine in cold water and leave to swell.
My apples, cut in half and make them boats, leaving a few mm of wall thickness.
Cocoa beverage (Hot chocolate I took) bred in milk, adding cane sugar and toffee. Put on low heat to dissolve toffee, stirring occasionally. Remove from fire, allow to cool slightly. Soak the gelatin put on the fire. Bring to a boil, but not boil. A thin stream pour gelatin into our mixture, mixing well.
Give the mixture to cool slightly and fill pumps - apples. Put into the freezer for 2-4 hours until fully cured.
Before serving, cut into slices thin sharp knife. I just sprinkled cinnamon yet, I love her with apples. And served to the table. Bon appetit! P. S. with this method you can cook other fruit with skin (melons, pears etc) picking out the filling of jelly to taste. But I often do such - Apples Toffee.
