Description

Cupcake

And now, one year and two months I consider myself a (active) by the user on the Cook. This cupcake wanted to make the 25th of December, but decided to put today as from 7 will work without days off and are unlikely to appear here. Cupcake delicious. And more for a child than for an adult cook. But boy I'm still a little... was Decorated with jelly beans. So let's get a snack together as a sign of my third anniversary on this site.

Cooking

step-0
Poured the mixture in the dish. Added water and vegetable oil. Mixed to see if there is enough liquid.
step-1
For flavor and color poured two packets of instant coffee (3 in 1). Are well mixed. The color I liked.
step-2
While preparing dough, filled with warm water dried apricots and candied fruit for 10 minutes. The water leaked. Dried apricots are large, so I had to cut it into small pieces. (For preparation of the dough and the filling took 15 minutes).
step-3
In the form for baking bread with a Teflon coating put on the bottom of the dried apricots (not oiled). Then posted a portion of the test. On the dough evenly put the candied fruit. Then put the rest of the test.
step-4
The oven warmed up. Put the cake in to bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Cupcake brown. Stabbed him in the middle with a stick to see cooked or not. Ready cupcake for 30 minutes put on the balcony... Beaten egg white until they stand up in the refrigerator... Cake is cold. You can now decorate. Smeared protein. The queue for chewing gum and Jolly ranchers.
