Marinated mozzarella with soy sauce
It's incredibly delicious, bright and Sunny starter! Very fragrant due to the fresh herbs and lemon peel, spicy thanks to the garlic and chili pepper. And the main taste is created due to the high quality olive oil, soy sauce and vinegar. When you eat the entire mozzarella (and it disappears quickly), will remain a stunning sauce dressing. They can be added to vegetable and leaf salads. This cheese can be enjoyed as snacks or to take along on a picnic. A bit of sugar to the meat from the heat and the pita bread is just fabulous!


  • Mozzarella

    200 g

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth


Finely chopped cilantro, a clove of garlic press down and cut into thin slices, a chili pepper small dice. The amount of chili and garlic you can increase to taste. I took about a third of the chili and 1 clove of garlic.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Slice the mozzarella as you like. If you have small balls, you can leave them whole. I have a midi size and I decided to slice cheese into quarters.
Omit the cheese in the mixture with soy sauce. Add the chopped herbs, stir and leave the ham for 15-30 minutes to absorb all flavors.
To shift the entire contents of the bowl into a jar and pour good quality olive oil.
To insist hour, store in the fridge.
