Pepper stuffed with liver
They say that during the illness of flavor, a little perverted. Don't know whether it's true or not, but I wanted to stuff a pepper liver :)

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    7 piece

  • Figure

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beef liver

    400 g

Cook rice until soft or polosamote ( whichever you like). One booolshoy carrots three on a large perk. Liver cut into small pieces.

Salt, pepper, add spices - who to what got used. I added paprika and dry celery. Stuff the peppers. For lack of something deep (it was busy), put on a dish, on the bottom a couple tablespoons of milk and send in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Forget it for 15-20 minutes, then turn over the peppers again and forget at the same time.
